It is hard keeping track of everything we have created as new building are going up each year. The latest inventory includes:
Two 27-foot bunk yurts that sleep 32 campers in bunk beds.
A 30-foot kitchen yurt along with an outdoor kitchen area and a covered dining pavilion.
A 30-foot activity yurt for educational classes and other activities during inclement weather.
A 20-foot yurt used primarily as a nursing station.
A bathhouse with multiple showers, toilets, sinks and laundry facilities.
Two 20-foot multipurpose yurts, used mainly for additional sleeping space or as classrooms.
Outdoor fire pits, horseshoe court, bocce ball court and other outdoor games.
We are also in the planning process to create a year-round Environmental Educational Center that will include a large meeting area, a commercial kitchen and additional bath facilities. As part of that plan, we also hope to construct several casitas that would provide housing for instructors and staff. To that end, we have just completed our first Artist Residence, a fully functional two-bedroom home.
In addition to these facilities, the campers and students that visit the Ranch also have access to our lakeside amenities, including canoes, boats, dock, swimming areas, a covered pavilion and nearby bathroom facilities.
